Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy where we use leverages and mechanical forces in order to optimize the flow of circulatory and nervous tissues in the body, allowing the body to self-heal and self-regulate. Osteopathy is safe, gentle and rhythmic, and it can be used to improve quality of life in regards to a wide variety of ailments, including but not limited to: musculoskeletal injuries, digestive maladies, neuromuscular problems, headaches and immune system disorders.

My name is David Koffman, and I am an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. I was educated at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy for 4 years of comprehensive academic and clinical studies, and completed 4400 classroom hours and 1000 supervised clinical hours in the student clinic.

Previous to my osteopathic education, I obtained my Honours Kinesiology Degree from McMaster University, where I worked with varsity teams as a student athletic therapist.
